BotAtlas organizes source-backed product context and decision trade-offs. You remain responsible for validating site conditions, safety, integration, pricing, availability, compliance, warranties, and supplier suitability before a purchase or deployment.

Commercial independence

A manufacturer page, partner prospect, referral path, or future affiliate offer does not change BotAtlas product rankings. A commercial relationship becomes customer-routable only after separate verification and any required disclosure.

Insurance and operating coverage

BotAtlas does not provide insurance, indemnity, equipment warranty, safety certification, or coverage for a user's site, people, property, equipment, or operations. Before a real pilot, confirm applicable coverage, exclusions, provider terms, and site requirements directly with the insurer, equipment provider, and accountable site owner.

Pilot Decision Brief availability

The Pilot Decision Brief is a fixed-scope service for one workflow at one location. Where available, it is priced at $395 USD and delivery begins after verified payment, with a target delivery window of five business days. It does not include equipment sales, supplier commitments, an engineering validation, guaranteed savings, or a deployment promise.

Cancellation and refunds. Cancel by emailing info@botatlas.ai before BotAtlas begins the made-to-order analysis for a full refund. Once that work begins, the fee is non-refundable. If BotAtlas cannot provide the completed brief within the stated delivery window for reasons within its control, you may cancel for a full refund. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Taxes. The listed price is in USD. Live checkout is unavailable until Stripe Tax is configured to collect the billing details needed to calculate and show applicable taxes before payment. If those details are not shown, do not submit payment.
