We collect only what is needed to review a request.
Recommendation requests
When you submit a vetted recommendation request, BotAtlas stores the contact details, company, request context, selected product, and decision reference you provide. If you explicitly choose to attach the site-readiness checklist, BotAtlas also stores only its completed and unresolved planning categories—never free-text site details. The owner uses this information only to review and respond to that request.
Optional Decision Memory
If you choose to save a Pilot Plan for another device, BotAtlas stores the plan details and uses your email only to deliver a passwordless private sign-in link. If you separately choose private evidence-change updates, trusted-source changes that may match your saved plan appear only after you sign in. The plan is not shared with suppliers, used to create an offer, or used for outreach. You can request deletion using the process below.
Optional website measurement
When website analytics are enabled, BotAtlas asks before loading Google Analytics. If you allow it, we use aggregated visit and journey information to understand which public guides and decision paths are useful. You can decline without affecting access to the website. Optional BotAtlas updates
If you separately choose BotAtlas updates, we store your email address, selected topics, and consent record to send only the updates you selected. This subscription is separate from a recommendation request, is not shared with suppliers, and can be changed or ended at any time.
What we do not do
BotAtlas does not automatically send your recommendation request to a manufacturer, sell your contact details, or enroll you in marketing because you use a recommendation request. Do not include passwords, payment details, detailed site-security information, sensitive personal information, or confidential operational information.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of personal data associated with a BotAtlas request, email info@botatlas.ai from the relevant address and include the request details needed to identify the record. We will confirm the request and delete eligible stored information unless we must retain it for a legal or security reason.
Public beta boundaries
BotAtlas is publicly accessible as a beta service. It is not intended for emergency, safety-critical, regulated, or confidential operational decisions. Contact info@botatlas.ai with a privacy question or request.
